Open Harvest is a community owned grocery store, dedicated to building a sustainable food system through consumer education and the cooperative principles. Open Harvest has been a Lincoln staple since 1975.

Lead Produce Clerk

Our Produce Department is in search of a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team.

The Lead Produce Clerk oversees the day-to-day flow of the department in the absence of the Produce Manager. These responsibilities include customer service, stocking, culling, receiving, and cashiering.

The ideal candidate will have produce experience, proven excellent customer service skills, knowledge of organic produce and natural foods, the ability to work independently, solid communication skills, demonstrated leadership qualities, creativity and eye for displays, and the ability to multi-task.

This is a part-time (24-30 hours per week) position and requires a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend availability.


Cheese Coordinator

Our Food Service Department is in search of a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have food service experience, proven excellent customer service skills, knowledge and passion of cheese, the ability to work independently, solid communication skills, demonstrated leadership qualities, creativity and eye for displays, and the ability to multi-task. A current food handler’s permit is required.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) position and requires a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend availability. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and a 15% discount.
