Making cheese at home is fun and easy! Join us for an introduction into the cheese making basics; learn tips and recipes for making cheese at home. We will make a quick cheese in class that you can easily recreate at home.

Instructor Laura Chisholm started making cheese at home back in Georgia over ten years ago using milk from their first family cow. In 2013 she founded Orchard Hill Creamery and makes farmstead cheeses in micro batches using the rich milk from their herd of grass-fed jersey cows.
