Join the Vetters in Marquette for a walking tour of their farm, one of the oldest organic farms in Nebraska. Keynote speaker will be Carolyn Raffensberger, Executive Director of the Science and Environmental Health Network, www.sehn.org who will giveus a good introduction to the precautionary principle. In the afternoon,there will be a presentation from UNLon Organics and Research. Lunch will feature organic and locally grown organic foods by Creative Cuisine.
