OWNERS RECEIVE 15% OFF ON CASE ORDERS
Open Harvest gladly accepts special orders for case quantities of products regularly stocked on our shelves and items we don’t carry, depending on warehouse availability. Orders may be placed with any staff member.
Please keep in mind the following as you place your case order:
- Owners receive 15% off retail price when pre-ordering a case.
- Price estimates can be provided, but are subject to change.
- Case orders are exempt from any further discounts.
- The case discount cannot be applied to sale items (member sales, flash sales, etc.) or Co-op Basics items.
- Case orders placed for sale items must be placed before the special order deadline posted on the community board.
- We are unable to accept returns on case orders. Please make sure your order is correct upon checkout.
- Once you have been notified about the order arrival, it must be picked up promptly.
